These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Campaign Builder. By using this application, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Service

You must use Campaign Builder only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information.

3. Messaging and Contact Data

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required consent for messaging and storing contact data.

4. Billing and Purchases

Billing is managed off-platform by your Campaign Builder administrator. Token allocations are invoiced directly and are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of account activation.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• No unauthorized access, scraping, or abuse of the platform.
• No transmission of unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• No attempts to disrupt service availability or integrity.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Campaign Builder is provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
