Campaign Builder is a Canadian communications platform. This notice describes the personal information we collect when you create an account and use the service.

1. Information we collect

• Account details you provide: name, work email, password (stored as a hash), business name, address, phone, and province.
• Contact lists you import or enter, including names, emails, phone numbers, and consent status.
• Usage needed to operate the service: login times, campaign metadata, delivery events, and billing identifiers from Stripe when billing is enabled.

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, send messages you authorize, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations (including CASL-related records), and process payments. We do not sell contact lists.

3. Storage and access

Application data is hosted in Canada. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers. Access is limited to your account and to operators who need it to support or secure the service.

4. Your choices

You can update profile and contact data in the application. To request an export or deletion of your account data, email admin@campaignbuilder.ca.
