Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Campaign Builder only to send lawful communications to people who have consented, and only from an account you are authorized to operate.

You must

• Have valid consent (or another lawful basis) before emailing, texting, or calling someone.
• Identify your business in every message and honour unsubscribe / STOP requests.
• Keep contact data accurate and tenant-scoped to your own account.

You must not

• Upload purchased lists, scrape contacts, or message people who have opted out.
• Send phishing, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive content.
• Use the platform for unlawful products or services, or to attack or probe other systems.
• Attempt to access another tenant’s data.

Enforcement

We may suspend sending or the account if this policy is violated. Report abuse to admin@campaignbuilder.ca.
